LOCK HAVEN – The following schedule for July 5-9 is provided by the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas and is subject to change based on the needs of the justice system. Juvenile criminal proceedings are generally closed to the public and are not listed. Hearings on family relationships are also restricted and are not listed.



CR designates criminal proceedings, CV civil proceedings.

The names listed first are the names of the defendants, and the names towards the end of each designation with the “/” in between are the last names of the lawyers involved in the cases.

CPM is for hearings before Judge Craig Miller. MFS is for hearings before Judge Michael Salisbury. DA stands for District Attorney and PD stands for Public Defender. ARD is a probation program for first offenders. Revo stands for revocation hearings of various types. PWV is probation without a verdict.
