Legal Aid is running a free legal aid phone clinic for MLK Day for residents of their eight-county district, including Shelby, on Monday, January 17. The telephone clinic will take place from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and registration is required between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
