PwC Australia acquires the consultancy service of a law firm

Consulting Service to Law Firms CXINLAW and its founder join the NewLaw team at PwC Australia to present a new service focused on law firm transformation and client experience.

PwC Australia’s NewLaw team, led by partner Mick Sheehy, is already working with internal teams from the public and private sectors to improve the way legal services are delivered and use data, technology and new delivery models.

The addition of CXINLAW will allow it to offer similar services to law firms, the global accounting giant said in a statement.

“The expertise and notoriety of the market [of CXINLAW founder Carl White] and CXINLAW boasts in the law firm sector is a perfect choice for PwC NewLaw. The transformative work we are doing with corporate and government legal departments naturally translates into law firms and CXINLAW helps make our new offering very compelling, ”Sheehy said in a statement.

White, who founded the company in the UK before moving to Australia in 2014, has worked with emerging law firms, boutiques and intermediaries to improve the legal experience for clients.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time to work in the legal industry. There are so many developments, innovations and disruptions that create huge opportunities for industry professionals and customers, ”White said.

He plans to offer services to law firms, including optimizing the customer experience, digitization and the best use of technology, culture and service strategy.

“The major players in the legal industry, whether they are law firms or internal teams, are under more pressure than ever to deliver legal services more effectively and efficiently. “
